Same thing here. I call girls dude, my mom dude. I say dude as an expression of emotion. IDK its just a habbit. i kinda like it, hold on to it, gives you personality haha

It's normal, but annoying. It's okay to say it once in awhile, but once you start saying it all the time, you start to sound like a bro or an unintelligent stoner. (Not to say that all stoners are unintelligent.)

If u really need to stop, example for a job?, just use an elastic around your wrist and snap it everytime and make sure it hurts that way saying it = pain to your brain, it will catch on overtime

My girlfriend does this and it still feels weird. If your boyfriend is like me, he will thoroughly appreciate an attempt at de-duding, for him at least. It's normalish, but a funny quirk.

Totally normal dude, i'm 23 and still say dude and man, infact when i even use them while texting. I run a hardware store and my customers actually think its a freindly gesture so ive never found a need to stop.

Haha, sometimes I get moments where I obsess over a word (it used to be babe, now it's bruh/brah) but I eventually got over it. Maybe you're just having a moment so it'll pass. Don't try to do it too much though or your friends will become incredibly annoyed and stop hanging out with you.

i used to say fuck and shit and all diferente swear words, i didnt actually know i woz doing it, somebody pointed it out that i cant say a frase widoute a swear word, i woz like fuck, shes right, i dont even no if i stil do it, i think i still do it though. you should be fine if ya stick to dude..
