I need to refer to people's most beautiful for beauty standards?

I find popular standards to be so fickle, I cannot figure out if someone (usually with females) would be considered absolutely beautiful physical-wise without referring to People's annual Most Beautiful lists.
I could joke that this may have something to do with my personal opinion on how Bill Pullman (particularly from his Independence Day role) is quite possibly the most handsome man in Hollywood.
