I've already watched all of the "mainstream" anime ie: Naruto (they need to cut the crap and finish it already), One Piece, both Full Metal Alchemists', Death Note, Deadman Wonderland, Ghost in the Shell, Eureka 7, ect... I need MOAR! Any suggestions?

Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, Elfen Lied, Cowboy Bebop, Steins;Gate, Ghost Stories (only watch the English dub, for comedic purposes), Angel Beats, Serial Experiments Lain. Try looking those up and see if you like them (you might have already seen some of them, but I don't know).
Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It's my fav, and it's on Netflix if you live in the US! They even have the movie sequel, Rebellion, on there too!
Also... Wait until at least the end of episode 3 before you pass judgement on it. That's when the plot twists start happening and shit gets real.

Well if you are confined to netflix then i think Magi was a big surprise on how much i liked it but netflix is terrible for anime
