My ex is saying she really loves me and all this shit but every time we date we make out then she wants to dump me this is the third time she's done that and now she's saying that she's ready to commit and she loves me so much i really don't know what to do im telling her idk cuzz i don't want to get dumped again i really need help btw she gets angry at me sometimes then she will make up a excuse for us to break up i think she just wants to hook up again idk

    Dump her ass and fast. I once had a girlfriend who did exactly what you describe and for way too long. I wish I knew then what I know now.       You don't" let's be friends" biggest mistake. When you break up you stop contact and forget about her. Very few times being friends is appropriate and in your case , definately not.
