I microwave my ice cream for 9 seconds. iin?

I like it to be a little bit softened and a tad melty, and 9 seconds is just the right amount of time to zap my bowl of ice cream.

Anybody else do this? IIN?

    I used to do that. Now I just spend a few minutes mashing it up and mixing. I like to add things.

    Each to their own, but it's called ice cream for a reason. so I don't think it's designed to mix with the microwave. However I haven't tried it probably not going to either so I wont knock it. xx

    I think it would be crazy not to do that, ice cream is really hard straight from the freezer.

    I just take mine out of the freezer when I start eating dinner. Works just as well and saves power.
