My ex-wife has told me this and so has my wife now of 12 years. I masturbate in my sleep and tals about things that the wife and I are doing. On the beach, woods, at home, in the yard (we live in the country). This has been almost a lifetime ordeal that happens quite frequently. My question is: Do other males or even females have this same delima?

        ahhh. that kind of ordeal.

        I'd say don't worry about it. Unless you don't like the mess. In which case try doing it yourself before you go to bed to take the pressure off.

        Also consider... have you recently changed detergents or washing machines. perhaps there's some detergent residue in the sheets or your shorts that's irritating your body just enough to make it more sensitive to having fabric on it when you sleep

          I know what you mean and it has logic. I use the 10% solution of Clorox and water as is used in hospital laundry to be certain my bed is sanitary at all times so there is no residue. I don't want to go into all of it because in detail, it is like a story. It happenes the same way every night, and that is even trying the "before you got to sleep" theory you mentioned the other coincidence is is usually within 1 hour of being the same time every early morning (4am). You mentioned the mess it may cause, when I wake it has almost completly dried to just a large white stains. My wife has even said I talk out loud while in this situation and in my dreams, I am talking to her about the fun we are having, and this I believe, I always have a dream of her/us together. I love my wife very much for many years and I also talked with a Phsycologist and told him the entire story and even to what he terminated as "DRY CLIMAX", I would climax but nothing came out. He says this is normal but not normal in the every night dream and also there is never any violence involved which is good. His conclusion 3 years ago was no harm being done, it is a healthy act so go for the ride. Sometimes it will wake me up ready but when I go pee and get a drink and return to be, I have another dream of me and her (or just me) and everything starts back up. Wife said this session lasts about 4 hours. I have had blood tests, hypnotism, brain wave tests and all come back with Green Flags I'm okay. One more point, it does not enterfere with our marrital relations at all. Hmmmm??? What ever, I know I am not the only person this way that is why I put this on the "Board". Thanks!

            I still remember my old human sexuality class where our teacher had to counsel a couple where the man had developed a premature ejaculation issue.

            while talking to them, he found out that the couple had recently moved and had new washing machines. turned out the new machines weren't getting the detergent out as well as the old ones.
