As long as you don't act like you are superior to the rest of us, than whatever man.
You could be happy that you're a black man but how can you be proud of something that you had no input into.
You could be proud of your race if you think they have done great things, but not yourself just because you were born into that race.
I think being proud of something that just happened is kinda lame. If you accomplish something that's different but as far as I know no one gets to pick there color or height or shoe size so being proud of that doesn't make sense to me.
What exactly are you proud of? Being black is not something you have achieved, accomplished or succeeded at. Those are things that lead to pride, IMO. Accepting yourself and liking yourself are accomplishments to be proud of, but certainly not something one brags about.
