Stop taking the drugs? If they are street drugs stop....if they are given to you by a doctor talk to him about it.

They need you to be alive and healthy and emotionally stable for them. This may mean you need to leave the drugs behind. Have you considered a rehab program?

You say you are not seeking advice then what ARE you doing? Getting attention? Waiting for affirmations to your current choices in life? Cry for help?
Are you fine with "not being you"?

I agree quit the drugs. Though sometimes I do the exact same thing without the drugs ;)
I just think I do it because sometimes I feel a bit down but as soon as someone reminds me I'm being a jerk...I stop immediately.

Are you kidding... No one wants to quit. They just make a decision to do so because they realize they need to for a better future. And you have kids dude!
My dad quit when I was about 7 years old and he always says he did it to be a good father to me. There were other withdrawal problems that came later but he managed to deal with that too and everyone respects him for it.
What I'm also saying is you need to realize you don't need the drugs and you become open to new potential when you quit. If you don't quit you're probably gonna keep going in this downward spiral. Drugs are a short-term escape but do long-term damage, and why do you need another problem in your life?
