I'm not ageing

I'm 39 year old female soon to be 40 years old and I look lke i'm 28 years old. Maybe a bit younger. My skin has not aged... i have not one single gray hair. It freaks people out. Everybody around me is ageing and it makes me think what i'm doing that they are not.... wired.... I'm just happy knowing I'm ageing really gracefully....

My scrotum is like this ever since i was around 10 or so it has stayed as wrinkly as ever, so i guess im lucky as well then.

It is both a blessing and a curse. I haven't aged physically as far as I can tell for over 4 decades. I'm not doing anything in particular so far to say I've found a fountain of youth -- I eat in moderation, mostly a Mediterranean, high in fish -- lean in meat, and exercise regularly but not rigorously. The one thing I've noted, is a complete lack of stress -- I don't get bothered or stressed out by things that seem to freak out my friends, coworkers, and relatives.

The blessing is that you have more perspective and experience to draw from, the curse is you begin to lose touch with your generation, and it makes forming new relationships difficult because you seem to age at different rates -- physically I don't yet show those signs, but mentally, there is a profound discrepancy. I remember technologies and fads that are completely lost on people that look my age but are far younger.

      This:
I'm well over 50 look and feel like late 20's. The curse is also being taken seriously by unwitting peers that think you're the youngster of the workplace.
I also have awkward moments in my current relationship with same aged woman I've been with for 18 years who is aging at a normal progression. When dining out waiters have all too often slipped and asked what would you're mom like to order today?
I agree with the generational reference discrepancy. My recommendation is stay current, it might be a long ride and at least you'll find it easier to blend in and relate with others that look your apparent age.

Have you found other people like this? I Haven't aged for over 11 years. my body still functions normal, and can get sick etc., but I'm not actually physically getting older. Its starting to be an issue with my Identification for when I want to go out etc., people think I have a Fake ID. what are you meant to do in this situation when your number of age goes up but not you? also Have you noticed anything else? for example, my visuals have changed, if I close my left eye everything appears "cool tones" and if I close my right eye everything appears "warm tones" - but opened together everything looks perfect. Just recently another change happened, where the cool tones eye is now seeing things closer than the warm tones eye, but open together is normal. Iv had my eye checked and they said everything is 20/20

I know someone like that. She's 40-something but looks in her early 30's at the most.

It's noting about health. I'm guessing you like protein. Protein binds DNA together better fir when it splits, which causes aging to be less noticeable for a while. If that's not true, then genetics play a role. If not, your just a lucky person and enjoy it

Don't question it just enjoy it and keep eating healthily and drinking loads of water. You probably have great genes
