I'm inspired by morbidly obese people who lose weight.

I think these people face an incredibly daunting task at losing more than 100 pounds, or more. I was watching My 600 Pound Life. Forget how they got there, they are inspiring when they lose weight. It looks difficult. If the brain is use to junk food, switching to far lower calories has to feel like starvation for them. That makes their quest impressive. I watch The Biggest Loser too. These people make amazing transformations. I see them and I look at my calves. I flex them. Scrutinizing, I know I want more sculpted calves. I can't afford Brazilian butt implants. Must work the bum bum.

As long as you're not inspired by them to GAIN weight, you should be fine lol.

And yet all they need to cure themselves is exercise and diet hmmmm those sound more like excuses for the problem than causes. If you don't supply your body with excess calories than you won't get fat it's quite simple.

I think it is a poor decision to advertise these shows these people have harmed themselves by having unhealthy habits and then we praise them for turning things around I'm sorry if this offends anybody but that's how I feel

    • But these shows feature extreme cases. There's no way that those people in these shows are just caving in from poor decisions. They likely have some kind of screwy endocrine disorder in addition to an addiction to processed food. Its all quite interesting to me.
