[Please read this first] I have been viewing porno on a shared computer for some time. I feel very ashamed of myself every time I do it. One day, I noticed that one of the indescribably grotesque websites I use started to appear on the search bar via autocomplete. I was surprised, because I have several security measures at hand (private browsing, clear history, etc) that I will always use to ensure I go unnoticed, and the website address in question had not been used in a long time. I tried many, many times to remove it, but nothing will work. In the near future, someone will see it, and instantly know what I have been doing. By being extremely blunt on this website, I hope that I will gain some sort of acceptance for my actions.

    Have you tried clearing cookies? I'm surprised if that doesn't work.

    EDIT: you could also try using a different browser to the one the other people using the computer use.

      Tried everything, including cookies.
      I've tried the alternate browser thing too, for a while.
      Let's just say that there is a reason that we only use one browser.

      Oh, and by the way, I'm glad some people out there understand.

    toolbars are malware, dude.. assuming you're using windows. a good website where you can avoid this sort of thing and has good content is www.cliphunter.com use that instead.

    You can always put your browser back to it's original settings. That will get rid of everything... then you're good :). Also you're not disgusting and you don't deserve it. You sound normal to me.

      Or uninstall the browser. Download a new one. Reinstall the new one.
