I've been told by many different people that I am above average, and I can see that in mirrors at my house, but when I see myself in mirrors out in public, like department stores, resturants,... ect. I look 100% different than I see at home, and its not just the lighting. I also have social anxiety which might have something to do with it.
Yeah I feel the same when I just look at the mirror. Sometimes I feel pretty and sometimes I feel like I'm so horrible. This is so confusing when you can't accept yourself for who you really are. Every person needs to accept theirselves.
Yes. I look in my mirror after a shower and I'm like, "damn I look good." Then I see myself in public and I'm like "wow I look retarded. No wonder no girls talk to me."
How about you stop looking in public mirrors? I hate them too, but that's because of the lighting
