Okay, so there's this guy at my school who follows me around a lot and takes pictures of me when I'm not looking. he also tries to talk to me/ hit on me a lot, and tries to see my panties from under my skirt while I walk up the stairs. But the thing is.. I've always had a crush on him xD. He's hella cute, and Idk but the fact that he's so dedicated to me seems kinda hot. Literally everyone at my school knows that he has a crush on me, and I wanna tell him that I like him but I'm not sure... Help please!

    I mean that could be bad though. If he's going through that to see you, imagine what he would do to keep you. Sounds super shady to me.
    If you were to tell him your feelings though... Do so without fear I guess, since you already know he likes you back. Just be careful, the world is full of fucked people and god knows what they may do.
