I'm afraid of my own dream.

I had a dream about me hurting myself
It keeps repeating every night. And now I'm afraid to sleep. I have fear on my own dream.

Going without sleep for any length of time is certainly "hurting" yourself. If you have the desire to learn about dreams, I'm sure there are some reputable dream interpretation sites out there.

Look into lucid dreaming, self hypnosis and relaxation techniques.

It's normal-esque. It isn't weird, but it's a sign of a psychological problem, like anxiety or an inability to trust yourself.

Dreaming that you're hurting yourself could be your subconscious mind trying to tell you that you are in fact hurting yourself in your waking life. Obviously the manner in which you are harming yourself in your waking life would not be as blatant as in your dreams.

Perhaps you are engaging in some self defeating or sabotaging behaviors? Is it possible you might have a fear of failure or perhaps of fear of success which might be impairing your progress in life?

Siamese beast, I like the sound of that. My cat is a monster of cuteness.

Chinese take out? Andrew and I haven't had Chinese food in a long time. Lately we've been eating Japanese food, mostly salmon and tuna sushi of course.
