Is it normal that i am a teen girl attracted physically and emotionally to men in the 40-50 age range?
I actually just wrote a paper about this in one of my psychology classes. You are perfectly normal. We are attracted to different men for different reasons! :)
I'm 20, and my boyfriend is 50. I've always been attracted to his type, and we have great and healthy romantic, intellectual, and sexual relationships. <3 It all depends on whom you are.
There's nothing wrong dating older man as long as you perfectly get alone, age is just a number. My wife is now 26 and I'm 55 years old. Thirty years gap, we love each other so much. I look like more on mid thirty's. She very pretty. It really depend on the person,my daughter is 23 years old and she like her for me.

My best friend is 16 and the youngest guy she would ever want to date would be 38 totally normal :D
It's probably psychologically induced, but if you're comfortable with it then I wouldn't worry about it.

I think it's normal, I'm attracted to older guys too, although not so old - older men offer more security and are much more mature. I'm 20 and dating 33 year old and it really feels perfect.
I think it perfectly normal!!I am attracted to some of my teachers, not illegal i do not even associate with them, and i'm 18 so its not illegal!!
As far as I'm concerned I don't care what age a woman is.
It's what's in the heart that really counts. That you will not find out until you start talking at least.
But it is to each his or her own to choose age or color we are all the same on the inside.

Biologically you are right on target. If you want more detail I can tell you later, but I'm rushed for time atm. Perfectly normal.

Biologically younger girls are attracted to older men, and older men to younger girls. This is engrained into our dna. And was actually a quite common practice until about 100 years ago when we "became modern."
Younger girls have a higher likelihood of surviving childbirth. They can also produce more offspring in the time they are alive. Generally the start of puberty is the time when these girls would become married. Infact, thats really the only purpose to pubic hair. It is to let the species know when someone is of age to bear children. Baboons have red butts, we have pubic hair.
So that explains why a male wants a younger girl, but why would she want an older male? Stability. An older male is generally more capable of providing for the family. Its not necessarily true now-a-days, but for thousands of years before "modern" an older male would be better at protection from warring people, better at protection from wild animals, better at providing a shelter, and better at hunting than a younger male. Experience plays a major role here.
Today these don't matter as much. Although its still seen quite often. A 12 year old girl flirts with a 40 year old. An 80 year old dates a 20 year old (Hefner). (these are extreme of course) Just ask yourself this directed question. Who is better able to provide for the life of a 20 year old girl. Her boyfriend that works at a mcdonalds store, or her boyfriend that is an executive on the board of trustees for mcdonalds? I could even make the point because the latter is paid more, he can provide better shelter, better food (hunting), and can provide better security (protection).
Obviously my modern example has holes, but hopefully it made the point. Older men with young girls is all biology.
Ok I am a 15yearold boy but some of my best friends are just over 51 so I think it just means you are more mature

The only men I'm attracted to are in their mid 20's to mid 30's. It doesn't help that they were around those ages in the 1970s. :(

I'm 35 and I love younger girls. I don't know how to meet them apart from Thailand and such. The social stigma associated to the sex tourism there is too negative. I prefer Indian girls anyway.

It's not prostitution like we think of it in the west, it's just part of the culture for men to support their wives/girlfriends. And the wife to keep the house.
thai women go there to meet white men who will take care of them. and they are mostly smoking hot babes (who happen to be poor).
I like women who grew up poor they have much more of a heart and soul. And it's their turn to be taken care of for a change. You'll never see such a happy woman.

i like the idea of being with an older man, but that might be because of some psychological thing, that i had/have a bad relationship with my dad. But yeah, totally normal =)
I don't think younger women are more sexy. I think that this evolutionary biology story is bandied arround by men who feel they need to justify the fact they want to bang younger women (no offense). I know I am attracted to younger women but having had a lot of options I ended up setteling in with a 35 year old woman (I'm 32). I used to think that young was hot because it was taboo in my country, then I traveled to Thailand, met some nice young ladies and realised pretty quickly that they are a long way behind intelectually and living with one is a major challenge. Atleast it's too much work for me. and as far as sex goes, younger women aren't usually very good at it. So I'm not opposed to a fling with a young chick say 18. but I eat my meals with someone who I can relate to. Also I don't want to be the only person pulling the load. I want my woman to have some social status and savy aswell. so yeah, young women are attractive, but not any more than older women. The infatuation with younger women in the west is mostly because it's taboo. People want what's off limmits.
