I cant report her because its a small rural hospital with small number of nurses who work closely as a team and i plan to live and work locally.
Ive broached the subject jokingly with some of the other nurses and i got the impression that things like that had happened before there. one nurse just said "just don't get caught"!

The hospital is in an area where the main work is logging and those guys when the come in are pretty raunchy with the younger girls, so i could see how the temptation is there.

You need to take real good care of the patients.

Don't report her, it's her choice and none of your business. Just do your job and if things are getting like that against your will for you, then do something about it. But what she did was her choice. Maybe she wanted to do it. You cannot know.

A man has human needs and comforts. A nurse should help provide those needs to a guy in need. Thus, nothing wrong here. Being in hospital is bad enough -- getting a handie from a pretty nurse helps a guy heal and feel better.

Patients in a hospital are locked away. You can make money just like a prison guard offering extra basic services that the patients cant get access to: sex. Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes. Why deny people such basic things beacuse they got sick or injured?

I dont know but in the residencies, some of the older guys were fairly well off and they would offer to boost her wages with payment to give sexual favors. Apparently they mainly propositioned The younger nurses who were on the lower wages and were a little bit more naive.
My Mum was really pretty back then and she was offered payments for sex regularly off certain old guys. She never really told me if she took up any of the offers but she did tell me that the wages in the homes was really poor, so some girls did take the cash.

Its disgusting really, those girls were young enough to be their Grand Daughters.

I was in the hospital for 5 days a while back. I asked if I could take a shower and the nurse said she would ask the doctor and later came in and said not yet. So I asked for a wash cloth just to do my face and neck, She said she would help, she did not want me to pull out my I V. she did my face and neck and said she could wash my shoulders and arms. it felt much better and as she was just about done she did my chest and stomach. with that, I got a hard on. she did not touch me in the area but did realize I had a hard on but did not say a work about it.

It's normal, but very unprofessional. If she is good at critical nursing tasks like sterilizing PICC lines, etc, she should get a reprimand.

When I was going through CNA school that came up. We were told "manual manipulation" was an outdated treatment for erections while treating patients. The new method was to flick it HARD with the back of your fingernail.

When I was working as a CNA all I ever work with was OLD people. Some were REALLY MEAN! One old man was always trying to hit me. I know I should feel bad for feeling this way, but I was SO glad when he died. Some others were really nice.
