Let me clarify that I'm a girl. I had a dream the other night that I got the surgery to get a penis. When I finally had one( it was quite big), I didn't want it anymore and I was stuck with it.

    I once had a dream that one of my good female friends had a penis. In the dream, I walked in on her in the bathroom. She was peeing standing up. I think you're okay.

    I once had a dream that there was two buttons that said 'Female' and 'Male' .So I pressed the Male button and I turned into a male,and yes,I did see all the "changes" that happened to my body.But I woke up when I got to the penis part,and my friend was there the whole time,watching me.I kinda enjoyed that dream,and it felt VERY real.
