I'm 25 but don't have a job

i messed up in high school but at the time i was too immature to realize that high school didn't matter nearly as much as i thought it did. so i messed up in college too and i finally did graduate but with bad grades and couldn't get any jobs except minimum wage. now im 25 doing an mba because i wasn't going to get a job unless i went back for another degree. i will graduate in august 2014, my grades are decent but im afraid no one will want to hire me because of my lack of experience. i just want a job so i can feel "normal". and i need a job by august to pay off the student debt

    Ever read "Catch 22"?
Life is like that; you can't get a job without experience and you can't get experience without the job.
I believe that is what internships are all about. You should have been doing internships all through school, but I guess your guidance counselors never told you that.
You are well behind the 8 ball at this point and you are going to have to present yourself as a desirable commodity to prospective employers. Go to the library and begin a campaign to become a desirable commodity in your field. It may take a lot of research and very hard work to figure out how to do this, but since you've invested so much time and money in your education already, it would be a shame to give up now.

To get a job you need to know how to market yourself properly. That means including some details and sometimes not including others.

A well put together resume and cover letter along with saying the right things during the interview can go a very long way. And I'd say that's even more important than grades or even what you were doing in school when.

I would talk to a career counselor at your school and see if they'll work with you on a resume. Sometimes they even do mock interviews that you can practice with and provide feedback to help you improve.

Become a male whore. You can make a lot of dough! And you don't have to pay taxes.
