I'm 19 and i have an uncircumcised penis. is it normal?

i am really curious right now. like i said, i'm 19 and i have an uncut penis. The hole on its foreskin is narrow so i can hardly see the head. 7 years ago, when i got my appendix cut, the doctor also "stretch" the skin a little bit, not cut it, so at that time i can pull the skin and see the head.
But its been years since then and i rarely pull the skin and see the head because i thought it'll be like that the whole time. but now, i found that the hole is getting smaller than before, and i can hardly see the head. It becomes unable to stretch backward. if i pull it, i only see a little part of the head, whether im erected or not.
So now i tried to pull the skin daily, hoping that the hole will get bigger. it doesnt have any effect (yet?) and today when i pull the skin when i was erected, it ripped a tiny bit.

im really curious now, is there any way to enlarge to hole on my foreskin? because i think i dont want to get circumcised.

note that i still can erect and cum and masturbate normally.
i just want to see my head and enlarge the hole without getting circumcised. thanks before and dont mock me.
