I'm 21, a guy, and my nipples hurt, wtf?

Ok, I've noticed sometimes (mostly when I'm working or doing something stressful) that my nipples will get really hard and sensitive, and start to hurt so bad it's almost unbearable. This is really pissing me off, why is this happening? What the hell is going on? Anybody?
