I love rainbows and sparkles

Is it normal for an adult woman to love rainbows/colorful/multicolor, sparkles, shine, neon/bright, pastel, glow in the dark, color changing, fluffy, things? Not all at once of course. but some combinations yes. I have a rainbow purse/bag with a pink fluffy-tailed cat keychain and rainbow knit bauble hat that i wear often, sparkly jacket (finally clothing manufacturors got the idea to thread the tinsel into the fabric rather that throwing some glitter on at the end, ive had a few shirts that start out glittery but they lose it after a couple washes), all of these i wore today, plus my new neon rainbow patterned shirt with skulls and pixel things. trust me it's not as tacky as it sound but I just love all those things. I have a couple glow in the dark nail polishes too which are awesome, one is rainbow glow in the dark. whenever i am clothes shopping i always look for rainbows and sparkles/shine (yes I am like a bird for collecting shiny things hehe) IIN

    I immediately thought of Mabel from Gravity Falls when I read the title. I think your desire is a little odd, but that's because I, and I think a lot of people, associate that sort of thing with little girls. However, as odd as it is, I don't see it as a problem.

    I'm the same way! I'm 23 years old and nearly every item in my closet is brightly colored. I love rainbows, the color pink, cute things like Hello Kitty and especially those cute little cartoon owls you see everywhere these days.

      yes i have a few hello kitty things too, but i like chococat, sadly they dont have him much anywhere. and one of my folders for class has brightly colored owls like that on it, its called owl in the family, hehe

      yeah, i dont like those kind of shirts that looks like they just threw glitter on it, because it washes out right away. these days they use just shiny threads in the fabric so its dousnt fall out

          that just makes it last a couple washes longer. eventually all the sparkles fall out.

        I am pretty sure that is illegal almost everywhere, and the penalty is life in prison in my country. You must like to live life on the edge.

    I can't stand that look on adults, but to each his own. I wish I could have enjoyed those looks when I was little, but my mom didn't approve and let us know they were tacky. She was wrong; it is normal for little girls to like those looks.

    I'm sure lots of people don't like my clothes either, and I can't do it their way either. But I do watch shows like What Not to Wear.

    It's normal... But may look funny depending on your age... 20 something it's normal.... 30s maybe. 40+ definitely funny.

    What's wierd is girls obsessed with pokemon and wind up wearing pokemon beanies. Sometimes a shirt, beanie, black tights, and pokemon backpack. I call'em poke freaks, funny in the game I think there trainers called pokefreaks
