I think it's okay what you're doing. You are both adults with mutual feelings, so no one can tell you that what you're doing is wrong. If it's right for you, it's right period. I'm not sure it would be possible to actually MARRY (it depends on where you live), but other than that, go for it.
While birth defects are more commonthrough inbreeding, it generally takes several generations, so unless the two of you are carriers for some horrible fatal disease, i'd say go for it!

Well, I wanted to shack up with my brother and live together as man and wife too, or else find some way we could get wed, but it did not work out. We had talked about eloping and shacking up, or lying about our relatedness to get married, but never did try either. One thing, we both look so much alike - we are twins!
