when im not hungry i just eat anyway even if i hate before just to eat out of boredom or cause i just feel like eating something but im not hungry IIN?

    i do it also. Im starting to get a little bit of love handles because of that. I knock out after i eat.

    Hahaa, nice one...
    I do it too. I'm trying to stop. I really hate it. It's really embarassing when my family ask me if I'm actually hungry when I get some food, and normally the answer is no. I feel well faaat :P
