I love black men

I come from a very rich caucasian family, and I am expected to marry a WHITE man of the same caliber. However, I find myself very much attracted to black men. I would be condemned by my family should they find out that I sleep with black men. Is it normal to have this kind of liking for black men, and if so, any advice on how I can go about telling my parents?

You don't want to be like this white lady I had a conversation with at one time. She wanted to marry a blackman , but against her will she married a whiteman. Then she ended up divorcing the guy that she really never liked in the first place. She said she pasted up a good blackmen for a nothing. She says she has been regreting it for a long time. She is my boss at work.. 52 years single with no kids. In the end it's really your choice..

  • Dear All,

Thanks a lot for all your help and advice. Some of which I might add were completly useless - but nonetheless, thank you.

I am happy to say, that my black husband and I are now married, and are expecting our first child.

My parents were completly fine with everything. Ciao xxxx

dude who cares! a guy can be green, orange, white, yellow, black, blue whatever. if you prefer a certain color then go for it. no one can "make" you do anything. it all comes down to what pleases YOU, not what pleases your family or anyone else.

Well....I grew up being told it was wrong to date anyone that wasn't white. Then one day something changed and I started noticing all the cute black guys I went to school with. It took a couple of years, but by the time I reached highschool I finally broke it down to my parents. I can say that they weren't all too thrilled, plus it didn't help that my boyfriend at the time was a total jerk.
But they are much more accepting now. They love my boyfriend that I have now, we've been together for 3 years.
What you need to realize is that it's your life. If you spend your every waking moment trying to make everyone else happy, you will never be happy for yourself.

this is your life. not your family's. if you want to marry a black man, marry one. who you marry is none of your family's business.

It's fine, just don't let it bother you that it bothers them. Just be totally honest and tell them how you really feel when you're ready to. I had someone hating me in a comments section and instead of hating back I just explained what I was on about. I felt so much better because I wasn't hating back, I just gave the guy more information about my side of the story. Sometimes people need more information about things so they can see from your perspective.

Well Said !! We all like the "Forbidden" So so true !! That's why us white guys shouldn't tell our white girls to not date blacks. They will do it to spite. Women do that. Also, thanks to HIP HOP & R&B, that's brainwashing our white kids. Women like there present status. Let's protect our girls. Don't be racist guys. Our white girls will spite us.

Every black man that I've been with has been incredible in bed. They tend to wear you out. It's completely normal

I don't see people as being black or white. I see everyone as gray, light gray and dark gray. Im just not fond of the dark gray ones.

Many not very self-confident white girls like Black or Latino men because of the perception of the and loyalty respect they get from these guys. They fail to pick the right caucasian men and the ones they pick, turn out to be unfaithful, exploitive, or misguided in one or another ways. Whatever it is, a girl has to do what is best for her. A Black love is perfectly normal nowadays, and their offspring is usually gorgeous. Congratz.
