I love all music- ALL MUSIC everything from oldies to pop to country to screamo to foreign languages. my little brother age 4 is listening to my screamo- system of a down, korn, rage against machines ect. he knnows all the words and head bangs. it kinda worries me but maybe hell just be like me when he gets older...is it normal
Well Im a trained classical singerl, but the stuff on my iPod is rock, pop, electro, indie,rap, screamo and metal. And im into stuff like country when im in the mood. I love all of it so much. So I reckon it's normal :)
Course it's normal, I love anything from Swing and Jazz to Hip Hop and Rock. At the moment I've become strangely addicted to Country, when I find myself attracted to family members I'll start to worry...
I am very eclectic myself but I can't let myself like all music. There are several genres which I will NEVER get into, ever:
Rap (especially mainstream)
Hip-Hop
Anything really noisy like death and screamo
Tween pop
Anything that sounds depressing
But apart from those horrible genres and a couple of others I don't mind anything. In fact, I made a compilation CD with an opening track by Iron Maiden. Right after that is a classical piece by Bach, and right after that is Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley. Track four is Genesis. Hooray for being eclectic!

Korn isnt screamo,there nu metal neither is RATM or S.O.A.D,but its normal lol,I lvoe everything from death metal to hip hop lol (oldshcool that is)
I don't know if it is normal for your little bro but its definitly normal for you to like all types of music.
I prefer foreign music more spirit in it instead of.
Music going "Yeah im so hardcore guns, tits and sex because im cool"
or music like "I am a dark angel because im evil and dark because I have black emo hair RA RA RARA".
If musicians actualy started giving a crap about music instead of putting more effort into how they look then maybe we will have decent music on nowadays but I doubt it.
It's normal. I don't even know why people bother to ask the old question "what type of music do you like" anymore.
Yeah, it's normal!! Music is great! It helps me get through everything. Without It, I don't know what I'd do.
