I lost a lot of weight in a day?
Okay, so I was a bit of a fatass. Still am pudgy, whatever. So I ran out of money briefly and had no food in the house. I didn't eat for 2 days. I drank lots of water so it wasn't water weight. Also, I didn't excercise or anything. I'm not sure of the number because I don't have a scale, but I look way skinnier than before, people I haven't even told this have commented that it looks like I've lost a lot of weight, and whereas before when I sucked in my stomach there was still a significant bulge under my chest, now my stomach goes way in and you can see my damn ribcage. I've never noticed before having a fast metabolism, and indeed I get fat, but this was insane. I figured even if I burned 3500 cal a day without eating, I still should only lose like 2 pounds in two days. Would two little pounds make such a drastic difference in appearance? People aren't supposed to lose weight that fast right? Even starving? Do I have some disease or what?
