I just finished my court ordered anger management. Beat up my ex-girl a little. She's got an order of protection on me. The problem is that my new girl and I had a real bad fight last night. I busted her one good on the side of her head. She must not have called the cops or I'd be in the county jail right now. Tried calling her but she won't take my call. I've left a lot of messages saying how sorry I am. I think it's their fault. These woman who make me so mad that I have to hit them. The cops and the judges don't see it that way. There has got to be other guys who have been in my position. How about letting people hear the other side of the story, huh? I'm not the only one who is a victim when a woman wants to get nasty. Am I?

    If you can lay your hands on a woman, you are not a man. Stay away from women, because all you do is hurt them. I think you're a sick person and I would beat a good dent into that empty head of yours if I were one of the women you happened to lay your hands on. One day you're gonna get physical with the wrong lady and she is going to whip your ass.

    Don't get into a relationship until you have learned to control yourself and let arguments go. Learn to walk away. Take up a sport or an activity that reduces your stress and take out all of your frustrations.

    You should play contact sports such as American Football, Martial Arts or Boxing, to let all that anger out. It worked for me when I was an angry kid, it should work for you! Give it a try and sign up for a league around your area.

    I've been in your position but never had to go to court for it, the cops were like whatever.

    But you know it's not that hard to just not hit people if you try.
