Ive done it for years too. It has its own unique smell but sweet and like lichen on trees (thats another story) kind of tastes funny tho.

I've never tried smelling it, but i'll give it a go.
I don't know anyone who openly smells their own ear wax though. Maybe in private everyone does ;)

i had a cat once before. and my mom cleaned her ears and put the cotton wax in a place, and the cat just hoped up there, grabed it with its mouth and started to lick. after he started cleaning his fur. he obviously loves that smell and wants it all over his fur.
im not trolling, ok? this is real.
