a significant majority of people rush with zealous vigor to look at a person and judge them harshly based on any negative quality they can possibly find in that person. yet, when any negative quality of their own is pointed out to them, they become violently indignant and protest that nobody has the right to judge them.
is this normal?
I suppose people don't like to be critisised. Everybody judges people, it's a natural human trait, but not everybody treats people differently on the basis they have judged them on. I do understand where you're coming from- if you can't take it, don't dish it out!
Are you going to like collect all these responses to your questions and put it in an ebook or something? Or are you a statistical surveyor having a nervous breakdown?
If you are saying something that makes sense and is supported by facts and scientific evidence, I will be the first person to support your views.
It means you are a prick. Yes they may not be pretty and they may have glasses and wear braces. They should not be laughed at for it.

In all seriousness, we often don't like looking in that mirror. Constructive criticism can be hard to swallow if someone is being a brat about it.
