I like to do yoga and exercise, but i also like to smoke and drink.

i like all of these things for different reasons: yoga, smoking, hiking/swimming, drinking alcohol, and none of these things do i do infrequently. of course, i'd never go hiking and light a ciggy half way up a trail or do yoga when i'm drunk, but i can't resign myself to a completely unhealthy life of just drinking/smoking and inactivity, or to a completely healthy life of activity and relatively no vice whatsoever. regardless, i eat very healthily 99% of the time and don't eat much sugar, and never eat fast food and have never been overweight. i have been living like this for a long time and got into a good diet and activity long before i got into vice. are there many other people like me? often i feel that there are only polarities regarding health, and i hate being (or am unable to be) at one end or the other.

    Same thing for me. Its better that than only drink alcool, smoke weed, etc. There is a time when you wondering what are the limits of this kind of life (physical activity, good food + alcool, drugs). For me this is the tought part of this game...

    Im the same way man. I smoke like a chimney but lift weights 5 days a week 90 min a day. I usually save the beer for the weekends, but i think thats fine. Not completely healthy, but I bet you are healthier than most anyways.

    I think it's normal, you can't do EVERYthing rigth. You do this or that. Im the same, im a healthy eater, healthy sleeper(whatever that means), but i love smoking my cigarretes after every meal...

    This is normal, there are a lot of people that have the Heal yourself/Kill yourself thing that most think of as problems. It is normal to have habits, and a few of yours are healthy habits and the other few just so happen to be unhealthy habits.
