I like to deal with my problems like this?

I've noticed that, whenever something stressful happens in my life, I have the habit of writing fictional stories about the problems and making my characters go through them
and usually, it's in a funny matter.

For some reason, this helps me feel better.

  • That's a healthy and productive way to deal with the crap life throws at you.

Imagine all the problems Stephen King must have.

While that's not something I do, I have experienced that writing about a problem makes me stop caring/worrying so much about it.

I do that too, It helps to not take things so serious. If I picture someone really cool doing something that I have done that was really embarressing it helps me cope with it. I realize it was not all that bad and I actually think its silly I was embarressed about it in the first place.

I always do that except it's not in a funny matter, it always ends in tragedy. But I like to do it so I can release my anger and sadness on to paper.

I do that. I think it's a good thing. And, who knows, maybe you can turn it into money.
