I like to annoy my sister while having dinner, is it normal?

while having dinner, there's a time when you're chewing and that's the time i want to do something. i usually turn to my sister who sit next to me and play with her hair or smile at her or doing a weird dance, do anything to make her fed up and shake her head with boredom. it's like a routine for me now.
