I'm a guy and I have a friend that is a girl and we are really close freinds. we always hang out. Tell each other our secrets and stuff but I like her but I don't now if she likes me. What should I do?

Well if she is your friend then just tell her you like her this shouldnt be no different then any other secret you would tell her :)
Best way to find out if she likes you or not is to ask her. Or simply tell you how you feel. If you do neither of these, you'll likely be friend zoned.
That's a tough one. I've known guys who were close friends with girls and when they let it be known, it changed the relationship. On the other hand, maybe she likes you, too. It's hard to say.
Well just recently I asked her if she liked me because all my friends were telling me to ask her out on her birthday. It turns out she does like me and she's always thought that I didn't like her back! So I asked her out on a date and we had a great time. It wasn't really awkward because we already know each other really well.
Dude I am in the same predicament and I have known her for 3 years now and I consider her my best friend. The thing is I really want to be her boyfriend but that could mean losing my best friend. I would rather have a life long friendship than lose it.
Well I would think if she is your best friend she wouldnt abandon you as a friend if you asked her out. Things might be awkward for a little bit if she doesnt feel the same or she could have the same or stronger feelings toward you! Go for it! If she's a true friend she wouldnt leave for something like that.

I voted for the "play it safe" but I would ask, obviously I dont know the whole story of you two, but if she is in the same boat as you, there is an invisible barrier there. On the other hand if she sees you strictly as a friend then it could make things awkward. But ask and see how things go, you never want to be 10 years down the road and she's married and you're asking yourself "what if".
