Okay first of all I know this sounds disgusting, I myself would be but I'm a rather clean person. The thing is that I suffer from external hemorrhoids from time to time, say once every month? I keep *** clean but hey it happens to most of us! Anyway, the problem here is that every single time I get the lump in my anus the pain from it is pleasurable to me. I finger myself and press against the lump and pinch it till I get that throbbing pain feeling, I even have anal sex with my boyfriend when I get it.... Its like an external g-spot to me, I just want to have that lump forever the pain makes me happy. Is this normal?

    You masochist!!! You know... There are other more safer ways to feel pain. Your roids need treatment, not more irritations/tearing. Do you have copious amounts of blood when you engage in these activities?
