      Sex on the other hand helps to decrease mood swings, cramps and other negatives commonly associated with having a period. Including increasing bonds between the two people. Don't knock it till you try it.

        No its disgusting. What will relieve the tension is foreplay and a range of other things. I don't try things just to know whether it's good for me or not. I am mature enough do that mentally -_-

    I get it. Discussing that sort of thing with your partner is super intimate & personal which is part of what I find sexy about it. Plus as a guy you can't ask just anyone...

    As for sex, everyones tastes & turn-ons are different. If you're both comfortabLe then go for it
