Sex positive feminism is about making people empowered to make their own decisions regarding sex and making sure that sex isn't seen as taboo. Person holding such views is more likely to have a clear, communicative, equal relationship rather than "use men for sex". But obviously, there are sex+ feminists that are dominant, but they might very much be submissive. Or asexual. Or lesbians. Or hell, a man might even hold such views.

But yeah, you can fuck whoever you want. With a relationship with a power dynamic you just gotta make sure that everyone is ok with everything that's happening. Trust me, you might like being used for sex, but it's very easy to find a creep (yes, women can be creeps), who will escalate the entire situation and force you to do... unsexy things, so to speak.
