I like making myself upset?
Title says it all really.
I like to think myself into getting upset to the point of crying because it makes me feel better afterwards. The other day I sat in my room and imagined that my life was a coma and when I woke up everything I loved didn't exist. After I get upset and cry I feel better afterwards and I love the feeling I get from it. (note: I don't do this in front of people for attention. I do this when I'm alone in my house.)
