I lie... a lot

I lie. Very convincingly. Today I have lied five times already. It is about the smallest things too, things that don't even need to be lied about.

I use my insane lying skills to get out of trouble but mostly I just use it to start conversations.

Like yesterday I was watching cricket and one guy got 100 and the other guy was bowled out on 99. I lied by telling the person I was with that both guys were bowled out for 99 right after one another.

Stupid stuff like that.

Why do I lie like this?

    Pathological liars are hilarious. They think nobody knows but everybody makes fun of them when they go home.

    Well... I won't speak for everyone but most of the time people know you're lying. Even the smallest lie can be found out with the right word and the right questions. You liars have so many stories to remember, twist and turns that you usually sell yourself out. I don't think it's normal but I assure you it's common to lie a lot.

    This is just stupid and funny... I lie about stuff like having eaten already to not stay too long at a persons place or even white lies to defend a reputation. I think someone's bound to suspect you're lying though.
