I don't think its a dark sense of humor, horror and terror movies have a bigger impact on you when your a kid, I laughed at the movie Evil Dead when I watch it a couple of months ago, which actually almost made me shit my pants when I was a kid, I would call a dark sense of humor if you laugh at something like a amateur video of a bizarre accident or something like that.
