I laugh at things that i shouldn't laugh at

Today I threw a video game remote at a box that was sitting in front of my cousin who was also playing the game with me. I got upset because i was blown up and I lost my temper and threw the remote controller at the box, it bounced off the box and hit my cousin in the mouth, chipping his tooth. He was in pain, crying, and very upset and I did nothing but sit there in laugh. Along with that I laugh at things that no one else laughs at. I don't know if its a consoling mechanism that I have on myself. When i was little my parents used to reprimand me and I used to laugh while they were reprimanding me. I seriously do not know why i find those things funny. I laugh at other peoples pain and I know its not normal but I cant STOP!

    haha, my best friend laughed like an asshole when he dropped a 15 CYCLINDRICAL weight, from a shoulder-height bar (it slipped off), onto my big toe.

    the doctor said my bone had been "shattered" in multiple spots, later on.

    this was several years ago. i was in such blinding pain at the time that I wasn't pissed at him or anything, i was just swearing and cowering.

    It happends to me a lot this might sound sick but my friend showed me this video of a guy on a cliff having a stand off with the police and the dude fell to his death and I couldn't stop laughing. It's funny to me when people do stupid stuff and it results in their death I don't know why.

    thats horrible. you are an asshole how could you just laugh at your cousin while he's in pain. that's sadistic

    haha. all those are funny. I think we are just desensitized by all of it. It is a nervous habit. I finally confessed in that. I mean I don't mean to laugh, I even try and control it but it just bursts out of NOWHERE! Thanks guys for understanding.

    It's most likely a nervous habit. =) I do it too sometimes and then feel like a jerk cos I know it's mean to laugh

    My bother laughs at those car crash adverts and when he's lying. So as you can imagination he sucks at poker.... he also laughs at being accused of lying so he gets blamed for everything.
