I know i'm being watched, what should i do?

I don't know by who, but I do know I am being watched. I've heard a few things, seen a few things that looked and felt off. The trouble is, that i'm not sure that they know that i know, so if i confront them about it I lose that edge. In all likelihood, i'll need that edge. They haven't made their presence known, so i have no idea what their intentions are, but if they wanted to murder me they would have done it already. I can't call the police on a ghost, as I have no description, so that's a no go.

Attempt to discern if they are in fact watching 6
try to find them and let them know you know 4
Use the fact that they don't know to toy with them 6

    Ignore that person and pretend everything's okay. Spend more time alone and take walks in the park at night.

    "They are watching everyone dumbass!do you wake up the same time every night?Say 3:30AM?A lot of people do.It could be ANGELS protecting you!Thats who I found out was watching me.That is no doubt what is happening with you.They can be very scary,and make the hair stand up on the back of your neck,but don't worry they are there to protect you so sleep easy for there is no greater protection!!!
