I kinda hope or want the start of or for a huge global disaster to happen...I know I really don't want it to happen and people to die or whatever, but whenever bigtime bad stuff happens it is exciting to me...Normal?
Yup. I think people who want this to happen must be pretty disconnected. I use to be one of them. Why would you want this to happen?
The reality of it would be intolerably more painful and horrifying than any imagination can suggest, why don't people understand that?
A 'global disaster' is happening.
There are currently three major crises occurring:
1) We have a global population crisis.
2) We have a global food crisis.
3) We have a global energy crisis.
Add to this, that we are all (mostly all), contributing to covering this Planet Earth in plastics, which will cause the collapse of Ecosystems around the world, in short order, should we not address this problem, and quickly.
It seems that the brain-dead, so-called 'leaders', in this world, think that by ignoring these very serious issues, and trying to hide them from the general population, that they will simply go away.
We are destroying the planet.
Just for excitement??? no. obviously you don't know what you're asking. Try war. Close as some of us got. Random explosions, gunfire, limited food supplies at times, no showers, no one who truly loves you around, etc. And I was in the tamer parts of Iraq. I've been out for 5 years and still can't go to sleep at decent hours or for long until my body gives up. I do agree that this world needs to start over. I truly do, but just for excitement??? no. I'm tired of stupidness ...wars, prejudice, molesters, drug heads (weed NOT included, but fuck potheads. Smoking eating whatever...ok. Being a pothead=stupid)....tired of rich vs poor, pollution, people who argue over the same subjects but different points and areas aka religions, and people who wish death upon thousands simply because their lives are boring HINT
I agree with you from a humanistic and ethical point of view. War, killing, death, destruction, hate, religion, perverts... all so boring. However, the behold the awesomeness of nature, whether it be the sunset, lightning storm, tornado, volcano or a tsunami. If only people didn't get hurt.
Well, if no one's getting hurt then it's not destruction. It's, then, just actions of natural causes, acts of nature. Some science channel, that I can't remember, is dedicated to keeping up with that stuff. Guess they aim to entertain you.
WTF is it with these science channels? For the first time I signed up for cable TV last week. Some of the Shiite that comes under the science, nature and history banner.
"Ancient Aliens", WTF! "Ancient Alien theorist believe... suggest... indisputable evidence, the pyramids were build by aliens etc.
Fuck no. I'd lose my job, my car, possibly my family, everything.
If you want excitement, go skydive, buy an old, souped up $500 civic and do street racing or damn, try weed and sleep with some strangers. There's plenty of excitement that doesn't involve mass casualties, property damage and tragedy.
I don't want a normal disaster to happen! I WANT SOMETHING SUPERNATURAL! Like aliens, or zombies, or zombaliens or shark-bearopus's attacking! Or finding people living underneath the earth! Or something totally unexpected happening! Yeah, that's it! I want something unexpected to happen! I'M HARUHI SUZUMIYA!
Id like california to fall into the ocean. Could you imagine the countries being wiped out in that tipe of tsunamis path. shoot i wonder if that wave would go full circle. I watched the superman movIe from the 80s. TOTALLY THRILLING!!

I don't want people to hurt but I guess because I work as an Insurance Adjuster so maybe that is why? Lol jk.
