I kept looking at her.

So there's this girl that's in a majority of my classes this Semester at school and I see her almost everyday. She's usually a happy and cheerful girl with a bubbly personality. She's talked to me a few times and she seems pretty nice. Now, today however she seemed sad and depressed, she had her hood down and barely had any expression at all, in English when she usually sits with her friends she sat completely alone. And me being weird and introverted, kept looking at her contemplating on if I should ask her what's wrong. Instead I'd just keep checking on her every few minutes to see if she was off talking to people. And then she looked back at me at a couple of times, I feel like a creep now cause I basically stared at her for 3/4 periods of the day. I don't know why she acted this way, and I wanted to say something but my awkwardness stopped me. Is it normal that I kept looking at her?

Seems to me like you want to help her but your jelly legs stop you.

its normal, but you should have sat next too her, cheerfull people can feel REALLY lonly when there is no one around.
also seems like you are a bit insecure, try to go for it.

Oded here, yes, you are normal. It's a very mild case of social anxiety disorder (s.a.d.) no pun intended. But you gotta get to it and start talking to her. Just muster up the courage to do it man. Only you can train yourself to be better at something this including talking to girls. Good luck with the flow man.

    Oded....out
