I keep getting deja vu with people

Although I have experienced deja vu as in I have had a conversation/particular incident before, it's mainly with people - I feel like I have met them before or instinctively know more about them than I should (though I don't know whether I'm correct because I can't ask without being weird, it's a strong feeling).
Peculiarly it can be on the second time I meet them or a bit later.
Whenever I look this up regarding people - "feeling like I've met someone before" - it just comes up with soulmates or past lives, which personally I don't believe in.

    It's called "Discernment" when it happens with people and is a widely known phenomena primarily in the Christian religion. Google it, it's a very interesting subject.

    I have this weird thing where I'll have random dreams, like a loooooong time ago, and then have deja vu where it happens in real life. Nothing really revealing about people or anything but it happens! I also don't believe it has to so with soulmates (that's a lot of soulmates) or past lives. But IIN? Probably not? Is it cool? Yes! Your deja vu is much cooler than mine. I guess just think of it as a super power. ;)
