I have gone out with this guy twice and we live down the street from each other but both time that I have gone out with him the relationship has kinda faded away over the summer. Now I like him again after I went the ought a phase where I hated him. Now we are good friends and I like him so yea. Is it normal

    ofcourse this is normal. you just like the guy and this attraction does not always simply fade when you stop paying attention to it for a while. Just be realistic and think about if you could really be together, if so just tell him how you feel :)
