I just want to eat all day, i wish it didn't put on weight. iin?

I love eating food but it makes me fat and my jeans get too tight. How can I eat as much as I like and stay the same size? The only exercise I love is walking around the food shops. Please help me.

    An easy to way to lose some extra calories is to do "unnecessary" stuff. For example, when I get myself something to drink from the kitchen, I'll only get a glass of juice and I won't bring the whole bottle with me. Then if I want more, I have to get up and walk back to the kitchen.

    You get my point?

    And try to use stairs instead of an elevator (however, no need to exercise yourself to death if you live/work on the tenth floor or something).

    You should try eating little but often and try to be more aware of the amount of sugar fat and salt that is in the food that you eat.

    Plan B is just accepting that you will put on weight if you continue to eat loads of fatty food.

    my guess is you eat foods that are processed, more than likely contain plenty of high fructose corn syrup, etc, that don't stimulate a hormone called leptin that tells you that you're done eating. For one, cut out processed foods (especially HFCS!! very important!) and try substituting honey for sugar (like coffee) that's what i do and it's helped a lot! when i use honey instead of sugar i don't want to eat as much.

    Start changing the food you eat. You will crave it less and it will be more enjoyable. It is like working out, it is hard to start but once you pick it up it is more easy to retain. It doesn't mean you only have to eat healthy food but just don't eat it all the time.
