It's normal. Guys usually don't do this stuff like women do though, so I suspect you must have already been sad over something. For example, if you watched a movie where an elderly person died and it made you think of a grandparent you lost, the emotional reaction would be understandably triggered.

it depends what movie were you watching, if it's emmy/academy award worthy movie then i think it should be fine, if you're a guy crying to twilight, then you need help.
