I jump and make repetative sounds

I sometimes feel the sudden urge to jump around and wave my arms and make repetative noises while doing it.
I do it more often when I am alone or when I am with really close friends.

If I am at a place with a lot of people that I am not so close with, I can control myself to not do it, but the urge is still there sometimes

    Dude. Turn up the radio in your car. Make retarded noises that fit in with the harmony. You'll feel healthier from venting your "id".
