My wife suggested I get penis enlargement surgery. I refused as she has admitted that before she had children every thing was fine as far as our 'fit' went. Before she had the first time she gave birth I suggested she have a cesairian birth, she didn't and now after the third we have a low friction sex life.
So because its her fault for not having a section I think its up to her to tighten things up and not I.
