My vagina I wet petty much all the time it started around puberty I am now in my thirties . My doctor says some woman are like this although its not common. Is it normal though?

You're doctor already answered the question for you. SOME women are like this although IT IS NOT COMMON. Therefore no, it is not normal but it is also not unhealthy so I wouldn't stress about it.
